I haven't filled this in in ages, but I felt the need to document my feelings about an album that I bought that has exceeded all expectations. And its the debut by Panic! At the disco. Honestly, I bought it as I liked 'I write sins not tragedies' but was expecting that to be the one stand out track on a mediocre album. As it is, it is almost eclipsed by some of the others. Its one of those feel-good albums even if the subject matter is a bit depressing- with catchy riffs and shouty along bits. I bought it at the same time as Fall Out Boy's Under the Cork Tree and that I am disappointed with. The first two singles- 'sugar' and 'dance dance' are the highlights and I suppose it was worth it just for them, but the rest of the album is a huge letdown.
